Everyone has different circumstances and we can't always fit our lives into the neat little boxes the employers make for us. In fact if you do not match their perceptions you probably won't be working for them at all. It a fact the employers still discriminate because of age, race even because you area single mother or are a women because they worry that you will leave to have children.
